Ashoka U Launches Census for Social Entrepreneurship in Higher Education

The Census is an Ashoka U community campaign to crowd-source, aggregate, and analyze our collective knowledge, expertise, and experience of social entrepreneurship education. Through an online, in-depth institutional survey of social innovation programs, we will collect information from more than 500 faculty and administrators and crowd-source the funding necessary for every step of production: from design to research to publication.

The data from the Census will be compiled into the 2014 Ashoka U Handbook, which will be the go-to source of information on social innovation in higher education cataloguing emerging trends, institutional case studies and best practices across colleges and universities globally.

To nominate yourself or a colleague who is knowledgeable about campus-wide social innovation initiatives at your college or university to complete the Census on behalf of the entire institution, please click here.

You can preview the draft 2014 Ashoka U Handbook Table of Contents here.
